UPLOADING GRAPHIC FILES: Sending your Art and logo files by attaching to E-mail is fast and efficient; providing our Art Department with an original and good quality image. All logos should, at least, be 300 dpi.

IBM SOFTWARE AND FILE FORMATS: We support these graphic arts programs:

* Corel Draw       

* Word

 * Photoshop         

* Power Point

* Freehand          

* Excel

* Illustrator         

 We Accept these file formats:

* CDR     

* TIF

* JPG

 

* BMP     

* PSD

* AI

* GIF       

* DOC

* EPS

 TRANSPORT MEDIA ACCEPTED: When sending or mailing graphic files to us, we accept:            * Floppy Disks     * Zip Cartridges (100MB)     * CD-Rom

COMPRESSION: When you are sending several large files, please use ZIP COMPRESSION to speed up the file transfer. PLEASE DO NOT USE STUFFIT COMPRESSION.

ATTENTION: When sending files to the Art Dept., please make your message to the attention of your Sales Representative.

TICKET PROOFS: When the Art Dept. has finished the initial design of your ticket, a Checking Proof will be forwarded to you by FAX, E-Mail or Priority Mail. (Your Option) We hold your job until it is changed, corrected or approved with your signature. Keep in mind that any delays in getting the approval back to us will result in a delay of the production time for the particular job.
